RETURNS & EXCHANGES
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR RETURN AN ARTICLE?
You must send us an email with the subject “return” and your order number to info@monkyskateboards.com
The e-mail will be answered with the instructions to return the order.
RETURN / WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can proceed to exchange or return one or more items in their original condition, always within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the receipt of the package. Items must be returned in perfect condition, with the original labeling intact, conveniently packaged in its original or similar box and properly protected.
All customers have the right of withdrawal, by which they can proceed with the return of the order. Said right may be exercised within 15 (fifteen) days from the receipt of the order.
RETURN COST
Monky Skateboards is not responsible for the costs of the return (except if it is an error of ours or in case of tare), but we will help manage it at all times. You must return the product to the address we provide through the courier service you prefer.
RETURN OF AMOUNT
The Monky Skateboards team will proceed to refund the amount paid, once you have received the returned product and have verified the good condition of it. All returns will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase. If the return or exchange is due to an error regarding the shipment, the logistics team of Monky Skateboards will send the package where it was received and will take care of all the expenses derived from the subsequent return, as well as of the cost of sending the correct order in the case of change.
